1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using My AI Companion, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. About the Service My AI Companion is an AI-powered companion platform operated by Radical Transformation LLC, accessible through Telegram. Our platform provides text chat, photo, video and voice message interactions with fictional AI personas.
3. Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using My AI Companion you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to terminate any account suspected of being operated by a minor.
4. AI Personas All characters on My AI Companion are entirely fictional AI personas created for entertainment purposes. They do not represent real people. Conversations are AI-generated and should not be treated as real relationships, professional advice or factual information.
5. Acceptable Use You agree that you will NOT:
- Use the platform if you are under 18 years of age
- Send or request content involving minors under any circumstances
- Engage in harassment, threats or abusive behaviour
- Attempt to extract personal information from AI personas
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform
6. Credits and Payments
- All credit purchases are final and non-refundable
- Credits do not expire for active accounts
- Credit packages are: 100 credits for $5.00, 250 credits for $10.00, 500 credits for $20.00
- New users receive 25 free credits upon registration
- Technical errors that prevent content delivery will be refunded in credits
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice
7. Account Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that:
- Violates these Terms of Service
- Engages in abusive or fraudulent behaviour
- Attempts to exploit or abuse the platform
Terminated accounts forfeit all remaining credits without refund.
8. Privacy Your use of My AI Companion is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties My AI Companion is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. AI responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate.
10. Limitation of Liability Radical Transformation LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of My AI Companion. You use the service at your own risk.
11. Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users will be notified of significant changes.
12. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
